Eden WT-800 input problem

Hello,
I'm working on an Eden World Tour 800 bass amplifier. The power amps are good, but the input stage is too low, the gain pot at mid-position gives barely +2dB.

I did a full recap and pot cleaning on the preamp board because the pots were scratchy (also on the EQ section that is not shown here). And I think the preamp had a lot more gain before I worked on it.

Here's the schematic attached. To bypass the compressor/limiter, a switch grounds the emitter of Q4.

Well sorry.. considering tolerances of the potentiometer travel, it is not so abnormal, maybe I've posted too quickly
