i think the ef 83 is different from the e83f, which is also used as output driver in the v76.

the release time seems to be high in fact, it is a 6,8m resistor to ground after the 10µ cap( the leveling circuit of the 145 is the same like in the tk19 automatic).
as it is a automatic leveling amp rather than a compressor, i would think a high release time was intended.(not that high though)

Could somebody repost the Grundig schematic(s) discussed in this thread? I have a handful of EF83s and could use some inspiration.
 
For the record, The E83F (used as output driver in e.g. UE100 and V76) is just a special quality version of the EF83. Interchangeable, but the EF83 may have lower life time expectancy and isn't guaranteed the same noise specs.
