i  am not sure.  of the  three sets of solid state electronics we have where this fuse is needed.  they all power on but one after being on for a short while like 0-5 minutes will trigger the fuse.  I have not dove into it yet other  then i wanted more fuses before I proceed.  ;)
 
I'm quite sure I bought some at "Bürklin" some years ago.
But I'm not home and cannot look up the part number.

Could be those?

Well 0-5 minutes does not sound like "super fast acting"  ;D  I'm sure you'll find the leaky cap once you have some spares.

Yup. Also need to find out the bigger issue of why the playback electronics are great but the exciter electronics don’t excite.  I can scream and bang the plate and all is well. But send to the plate and nothing
 
Bi Pin fuses are readily available. as 1AF

First thing to check is the continuity of the drive coil and separately check the DC offset on the output to the coil. With the module disconnected from the plate.
