Yes
I've built 2 units.
The only differenze Is a little roll off from 40hz on mine.
The real unit Is flat from 0 hz.
Insider custom fransformers
I've used Sowter 660 transformer and custom Sowter interstage....

The cost was near 1600 euros for unit.
I don't have a schematic.
Time ago my friend take me the real unit for 6 months.
I've reverse engeniering and measured all parts.
I've rebuilt the same bord on sprint layout software and send them for printing...

If you want a faithfull one and are ready to pay for parts+ labour for a 'clone' then buy a real one second hand it'll be cheaper ( the output transformer is going to be pricey to reproduce).

If you want something inspired then it's a bit different, but it won't be 'the real thing', it can sound as good or better or not...

Basically it's a varimu but with casoded tube varimu cell using same biasing scheme as a real Fairchild 660 but with a solidstate sidechain.
