EXAR XR2278 LED VU Driver Chip

Does anyone here have a data sheet for this chip? I've got a few that I was going use but have lost the data sheet. I noticed that EXAR sold out and after searching the net for two weeks I figured these boards would by my next best option. Thanks to all in advance.

I avoid obsolete ICs for even DIY projects, how will you ever repair it later. if the chip fails.

There are many ways to accomplish led meters using common parts.
