Fender Fuzz-Wah pedal

I have a Fender Fuzz-Wah pedal, model 739
While this pedal has a typical “wah” foot pedal, the fuzz is controlled by swiveling the pedal left or right.
There have been several version of the circuit and the schematics are relatively easy to find online except for my version which has a small circuit board with surface-mount components.
The circuit appears different from the other IC based one that is online. The board shows a 2007 date
Wondering if someone has ever come across this version before and might have the schematic
