I’ve been trying to get an old MCI JH600 going now for a few months and while searching for something (probably “is my insurance still valid for fire if I have an MCI in the house”), I came across this forum. In my downtime I’ve started obsessing about microphones and spending a fortune at mouser, rs-components, and aliexpress. Throw in one of soliloqueen’s 47 capsules and UTM47 kit and it’s keeping me pretty busy.
I’m not sure how much I can contribute with the wealth of knowledge and skill already here so I’m hoping becoming a supporter in some way gives back.
Anyway after joining the forums weeks ago and lurking around since then It started to feel creepy that I hadn’t posted.
