This is my first try at a project. It went OK, but I am definitely having problems and could use help debugging.
My first PCB try was a very simple board that went pretty well.
So I tried a more complicated board, and it did not go so well.
This was done with Eagle and pcb-gcode. The first version I made (not shown) caused Universal Gcode Sender to choke halfway through the board and give up (it just stopped on one point). Subsequent versions (using a .008 instead of .004 mill) generated simplified (shorter) code and made it through OK. However, the later cuts were off by considerable amounts. The above (which was the 5th try or so) is the best looking, but as you can see it is still unusable. In a few places, the Shapeoko simply missed, but in others (the blue arrow) it seems to have "forgotten" a spot.
Any suggestions on how to increase the machine's accuracy and on how to solve the missing cut issue? I am not sure where to go from here. The picture is too big to upload, please contact me if you can help me.Thank you so much.
