[I am looking for one UREI type rack ear like these] -- I don't see that there is, or has been, any resolution to your UREI question. So, in that case, should you be so inclined.....you could have a pair of these rack-ears fabricated by a local sheet-metal shop using the CAD-model of the rack-ears I have created and shown here. I created this CAD-model of the UREI rack-ears using the dimensions provide by -- sahib -- along with some of my own rack-equipment design knowledge. This is just what I do!!!

Depending upon the sheet-metal shop's capabilities, they could either directly import my CAD-model file or, if they don't have that capability, I could create a standard "Sheet-Metal Mechanical Detail Fabrication Drawing" PDF-file for them to work from. Since you are located in France, I am unable to recommend any sheet-metal shops that can directly import a CAD-design file and then be able to spit-out a sheet-metal part as I could do for you here in the U.S.A.

Let me know if you have already obtained these rack-ears for your need or if you still need to obtain them for your project.

>> NOTE: The main difference between the actual UREI rack-ear and the one that I have created here is.....the UREI rack-ear was fabricated from a section of 25.4mm X 25.4mm aluminum extrusion, which gives it the sharp 90-degree inside angle, whereas my rack-ear will be fabricated from a flat-piece of aluminum sheet-stock and then -- bent -- to create the 90-degree angle. It is due to the bending process that the inside angle has a small radius. That's just how things are!!!

You can PM me, if you wish.
