Free iPad DAW recommendation?

Maybe someone has a recommendation. I'm looking for a free DAW app that will let me open mp3s that are downloaded from the internet. GarageBand app won't do it because it only takes audio from iTunes and you can't download straight into iTunes. I personally use the cubasis app which does what I want, so I know it's possible. But I'm looking for this for some of my students that will be looping audio files I'm providing and they only have iPads and no computer. Any ideas? These are technologically challenged people so it can't be some multiple step multi app workaround...

A few days later, and so far Cubasis is the only app I have found that will do this.  Beatmaker 2 says it will, but the import function doesn't work.  I returned it...
