I used the first one as a tube mic output traffo in a mongrel build
- pentode-in-triode mode, low-ish gain (and output Z) with 0.5uF cap -> 2461Nico
Testing the mic amp circuit with Geetar -> actron mic traffo reversed and loaded -> grid ....
(did initial run with low B+ and low plate voltage and quite a low current but biased very warm)
WOW! Wot a sound Measures up mighty well too.
So I need another two please - Imma making preamps and I want one channel of these in AND out.
