I got this recently as a partially completed project, but I'm not going to have time to finish it. I did not do the soldering. No way to test functionality, but it looks complete. Date codes on most of the components look like they're from 2005. The board is dated early 2006, so I'm guessing it was built some time during that year.
I believe the Modutec is from the OMS series.
