G9 trying to source IC1

I am trying to find a replacement for the IC1 - TL783CK3 Allied (not in stock, no backorders allowed) or the Digikey 296-10229-5-ND (discontinued, their engineers said they don't have a substitute). Anybody got any ideas?

Maxwall is selling some over at the black market. Check with him. I got a dozen or so about a month ago. Very pleased!
