A colleague of mine sold his Pre-573 to someone. That person is shipping it to me because they claim it isn't powering on and my colleague doesn't know anything about circuitry.
Assuming he was talking about the GAP Pre-73, I agreed. Fairly simple/basic circuit that's easy to follow with the Fluke, clearly identifiable ports, and plenty of room... but it's the 573 500-series module.
I've built lunchboxes, but I haven't yet made a 500 module. I'm not exactly sure how the circuit works and I suspect there won't be much room to figure it out just by looking.
The schematics and any tips you might have would be helpful. I would be eternally grateful for your help.
