Gates STA Level case dimensions?

Hi,
I´m trying to build the STA Level from scratch. I know it will take more than a year but I´ve got no hurry and projects of this kind are getting more and more interesting for me. I have to start somewhere and thought of building the case first. There are a few cases and frontpanels available, but I´d like to build my own thing as close as possible to the real one. So, if you are the lucky owner of an original unit, would you be so kind and do some measurements for me? I attached a photo where I marked the measurements that I need. Thanks a lot!!

From the manual:

MECHANICAL: 5-1/4" high, 19" wide, and 7" deep for standard rack mounting.  Front panel drops down for access to components and meter zero set control.

If it's 7" deep total, dimension C must be 3-3.5".

Thanks a lot! The dimensions B/D are still not clear. I would be happy when I could get the excact measures.
