This how my design for a front panel/sled using laser cut acrylic turned out:

It fits well in the chassis:

I can share the DXF of the basic outlines if anyone is interested. This one is fitted specifically to this board. It cost me only pennies to make this, so this is something I think worth considering if you're working with a small budget.
If you need extra shielding, it would be easy to put foil across the bottom panel, or even make that one panel of metal or a blank copper clad pcb.

This is what I have. I drew this with Affinity Designer.
>> Your DXF file needs some kind of a "REFERENCE" or at least some type of a "REFERENCE DIMENSION" somewhere, as here is how your DXF file imported into my SolidWorks Premium program and then I added in the dimensions that you see here, when I realized the actual size of everything wasn't actually correct:

>> Provide the height and width dimensions of your front-panel over on the right-side and/or the height and width of your "sled" shown dimensioned down at the bottom and I can work-out a "scale" for the rest of the items. Or, can your "AFFINITY Designer" program export a DXF file using a -- 1:1 (one-to-one) -- scale? Doing that would be much preferred!!!

It is 1:1 - the image was drawn at 300dpi.
When I import this same DXF into Lightburn (the laser cutting software), there is no problem with the scale, it comes out exactly correct without needing to change anything.
Just to try something else, I just now imported it into LibreCAD and it scaled correctly without my needing to do anything. So, not sure what I would need to do differently. The export function in Designer has an option for "Apply Drawing Scale," which I had already selected when exporting this file. The overall document size is 11" x 8.5" at 300dpi
