Hairball 1176LN Calibration (step 2)

We have just finished the build of the compressor and started doing the calibration for the device. We have successfully set the q bias step but are having issues with the rest of the calibration steps. On the Discrete meter null adjust, we cant seem to zero out both the meter and the DMM. I keep bouncing around .5VDC. I wanted to know if you have some troubleshooting guides for us to check to make sure there was nothing wrong from the circuit build or maybe you can point us to the right direction as to why this is happening. Have a look at the 1176 thread there are many troubleshooting reports there. It would be better posting your request there instead of opening a new thread

You can also find a schematic with voltage readings on the transistors. You can use that to compare to your unit and see if there is something wrong

Thanks man, I appreciate the reply. I looked through some of the 260+ pages of data and couldn't readily find anything that helped so that's why I created the thread. I'll give it another shot, twas just wondering if anyone had any ideas because it's pretty mind numbing sifting through all of that txt to find what you're looking for.
