Hairball Elements - Silver Mic Pre

Hello world!

I'm wondering what everyones thoughts are on these Silver Elements Mic Pre's by Hairball. I'm know they came out of Eisen Audio's DIY500 mic pre kit.  Has anyone built their own using this platform? Are you happy with the results? 

More specific to my interest, Has anyone popped in Tamura I/O transformers from a PM1000 into it?
I have a few Tamuras laying around and I'd like to put them to good use.

Anybody already try this? Thoughts? Troubles? Triumphs?
