Hello everyone,
I'm Jill, I'm a mixing engineer, foley artist, and voice actor from around Bayonne, France.
I've been doing most of everything on a very tight budget all my life which has led me to experiment with all sorts of of materials to treat my studio, to mod my mics, and recently I got bit by the DIY mic bug.
Most of my work requires decoding ambisonic mixes into binaural, so I'm really interested in equipping myself to record ambisonic IRs (digital verbs only go so far realism-wise).
I find other studio equipment really cool, so maybe I'll give DIY preamps a try sometime in the future.
