Help! Badly designed advertising slows down the forum

Hi admins, this particular banner ad is so badly designed that it slows down the whole website. As a user you can't block it, can you please do it? Thank you!

I disable Java script in my browser to block all popup advertising. (it also blocks emoticons and PM, but that life).
