Yes, I think... I'm not sure of the exact value, but that 10/16 BP capacitor (10uF, 16volt, Bipolar) could be swapped for a much smaller value, so it becomes a peaking filter like the mid control. It is currently sized large enough to not roll off the low end.
You could even put in a switch to switch the peaking cap in and out? So you have both peaking and shelving.
