Help wiring up a PSU to console

Hi guys, I'm trying to wire up this PSU unit that has two existing Power modules in it, I have added a Power One 48v module for phantom, but am wondering how to hook it all together. My picture has some wires that are already in place and some questions. But here are my questions.
1. The NEG of the +Vdc and the POS of the -Vdc are tired together, but then where does that combined wire go? (Blue wire in my drawing.) To the chassis of the Console? etc?
2. Should the Earth of the IEC inlet be brought to the Console chassis?
3. Where do I connect the NEG of the added 48V module?
4. Why isn't the combined NEG and POS of the two existing supplies tied to chassis / E ground? Should I?

The blue wire in your diagram is analog0V. This needs to be connected to the chassis in the PSU as described in the document. When it reaches the console it is still analog0V and connects to whatever circuits in the console need it.

The mains input connector safety ground also need to be connected to the chassis as described in the document.

You need to run a cable from PSU to console which connects the two chassis together.

You can usually get away with connecting the 0V of the 48V phantom supple to the chassis common point in the PSU. The only problem with this is that interference currents flowing from the console chassis to the PSU chassis are effectively in series with the 48V phantom -ve supply. This means you are relying on the rejection of the microphone's internal power supply to reject this. An alternative it to run a -ve 48V wire in the power cable and connect it directly to the mic input XLR pins 1. To do this I usually run a copper wire bus linking all the mic input XKR pins 1 together and connect the -ve 48V to the centre of this wire.

Analog 0V (AGND) and +48V 0V are all tied to the chassis stud point at the power supply (case).

The XLR pin1s on the console would already be tied to the console chassis unless there is some other arrangement. However, what Ian suggests is also a good practice as the console chassis naturally has a higher resistance than copper.

Thanks for all this guys, The existing power modules (+/-15) had those two wires tired together and were NOT going to earth. This made me question everything
