All,
Hi Gordon Rankin here, my company is Wavelength Audio, ltd. When people ask what I do I say I design and make electronics that makes music. I do a lot of high end audio (tube), I design guitar amps, pedals, digital, analog, transistor tube. I do a lot with USB, Thunderbolt, Ethernet, design some processors, AD/DA chips, some FPGA stuff but not very well.
Currently working on a two channel amplifier for Kevin Hearn of Barenaked Ladies. PP 7591A using a tapped inductor as a phase splitter, 6072A input, 5751 distortion channel and 6C4WA make up gain (1/2 of a 12AU7A).
Also working on a Acoustic Guitar preamp with optical compressor and fx loop using all discrete transistors.
Also doing a test for That Pedal Show FB group on pedal board power supplies.
Anyway, looks like a lot of interesting stuff here.
Thanks for the add!
Gordon
