1 for +24v and another for +48V.
what about the 0Vs??

Without any other information at all, my guess would be that you should tie them together at the equipment's power-supply entry.

They are in an external case.
Would it matter if i wire the 0v reference is Star grounded too?

They are in an external case.

Without any other information, I'll assume that both feed some other box. And it is in that other box where I'd connect the returns for both supplies together.
