How good are you at troubleshooting??

I had a Honda Accord (1992?) Electric everything, AC etc.

It was a great car, but the air conditioning would never go on when my wife was driving.

We could never figure it out, nor could the dealer.  Years later, I traded it in, and as I was cleaning out the odds and ends I had left in the car, the problem became apparent.

Any guesses?

Wire caught under the driver's seat runner?

Dan! Bingo!

Wires were hanging down from under the seat, they had some sort of electrical box there, and it would catch when she put the seat forward.  Of course it was intermittent, so I always thought it was bad luck.

I was quietly guessing that it was an switch in the seat or something.
