How to best offset a PCB from a fixed mounting position

I'm modding a Vox v847a wah to better suit my purposes.  I've found the perfect PCB which will allow me to start from scratch with the circuit, but the PCB is designed for a v847 - the v847a's fixed PCB standoffs don't quite align with this board:

How can I best resolve this problem - yet still keep things relatively compact?
