How to fix a Toroidal inside 1U without screw under ?

Hi all,
After some rackings, i observe that screws under the enclosure can damage other enclosures when it is placed on the rack...So i would like if somebody have the solution to have a clean bottom of on 1U gssl project. The toroidal is not so big, maybe i can use Super Glue or patex ?...or is it too bad, to insecure ?..

Stay away from glue.
 
Make sure that whatever you do the screw doesn't make electrical contact with the top of the enclosure. You don't want the metal case to become a shorting turn on the torroid.

the bottom of screw always makes contact with the case...and all sides , top, front, are connected to the bottom...i do not see why it is a problem..

The problem is if it makes contact with the case at the top *and* at the bottom.

The problem is if it makes contact with the case at the top *and* at the bottom.

Try to use another way to mount / secure the Toroid. I have used in several products. Use a clamp type as in my sketch. Add top filler if needed. This will not make a shorted turn.

Ive used an assortment of zip ties that go through the sides and back to relatively good success. 
You can also get a punch and using the reverse side knock the metal inward forming a metal 'mound' inside the case. Then drill your hole and return to  punching the mound till your screw sits flush with the bottom of the case.

The soultion I've used for years on thousands of products: put the xfmr on a pice of soft plastic (thicker than alimentary film) on a flat surface, fill the hole with Bondo . When dry, it is ready for small c'sunk self-tapping screws.
 
The toroid mounting screw can be quite large, even to countersink the bottom of the case.
My preference for this is to mount the toroid onto a 3mm  or so plate of aluminium, countersinking the toroid screw and then use small (m3) countersunk screws to mount the plate to the chassis. If it's a small PSU module that is being powered I'll often put this onto the plate as well, which makes it an entire subassembly.

I really like the idea of a complete subassembly (TX & PSU). Might be difficult though in a 1U case (height).

I guess it depends on the dimensions of the components being used, which are not specified.
The PSU should be easy to fit, and if the transformer is a low profile version (eg 30mm) then it should not be difficult.
