Last i looked the readily available schematics are great but some critical component values are not known for sure and a best guess is offered as a place holder.

That was always the best educated guess too- but it's just the unusual combination of modified pulse width, triangle, and sine wave forms that are severely filtered in the ringy ARP 2500 filters, vocoded, and then compressed in LA2A, Collins limiter, and Fairchild 660, and lots of tape compression congealing everything together bringing those bassy rings to the forefront.
