ID of vintage 5 pin connector

Anybody know what the name is of the old 5 pin connector shown in the attached photo, or where I might find the female side ? I've seen this on some Langevin and Fairchild gear (not necessarily sure if they had the same number of pins though).  One of mine crumbled, it looks like it was previously broken and glued back together.

It's not clear in the photo but the pins have asymmetric placement.
