Identifying transistor brand

So I have a bag of 200 of these transistors which are meant to be bc212b's buy don't know who made them. The data sheets I have found online don't describe their labeling method. Except for On Semi, which it doesn't seem to be. Any thoughts?

i bet some Neve guru will instantly be able to identify that transistor,

early Fairchild stuff had no F on them, could be Motorola, Phillips made them, some with painted stripes, this looks like the same markings but not able to tell from the link what it is,
