I have a question regarding the 12dB/oct curve for Igor's sontec. I've built two of them and both units are doing the same thing. When I boost any frequency in the high shelf at 6dB/oct I get a smooth curve as expected. When I switch to 12dB/oct I get a dip before the boost. If I'm cutting, I get a boost before the dip. The more gain the more the dip or boost. Is this normal? It sounds pretty strange to me, which makes me think something's not right. Any help is appreciated!!
