FYI  4000 turns of #44 will do the trick,  clock working.

No...
If people that assemble this clock were payed the correct amount, the price at the shop would justify fixing it  :
This is the future...avoiding another 500g of plastic in the trash  :
And at least CJ won't put report at shock log topic with a 1.5V battery analog clock  8)
