J305 fast FET at END of Life

I just ordered 4 of the last J305 fast FET's yesterday from Mouser. Fairchild Semi. has discontinued them & Mouser will not be getting anymore in; they only had 5 left after my order. They are now unobtainium.

I just got some off ebay, don't know the mfg though. Mouser doesn't seem to have a substitute. I don't understand the parameters enough to make a comparison, but there are other Fairchild FET's
