Ethan, you didn't say if the click you hear happens when you switch silence, or when you switch during a signal (a 100Hz tone, or a dull bass guitar sound is a perfect demonstration). If you hear clicks during silence, follow the suggestions mentioned so far. If you do not hear clicks during silencs, but hear them during signal, (especially strongly on the aforementioned low tones) then there's nothing you can do about it. Any sudden interruption of a high-point or a slow-moving tone will produce lots of higher harmonics for a brief instant, and there's no way around it apart from slugged FET switching (very fast fade) or similar, either in place of -or acting in advance of- the relay.
