Up for sale is an original LA500 modded to an LA500A with the slow attack mod on the threshold knob. The link feature is moved to the makeup gain knob. This unit was built and modded by myself. It is setup for a 51x series rack but can be easily modded to fit into a 500 series rack by cutting off and filing the 51x tab / pins. I have uploaded a demo bass video to show what this compressor can do. Here is the demo link.
