Lab power supply blowing fuses 220vac ?

Fixing things without a schematic is half the fun... ;D
Look for obvious suspects... ; Shorted diodes, shorted caps, power devices, etc.
A VOM is your friend.
Look for any signs of high temperature or released smoke.

Just had a look,the tx smells like it is burning , warming up without any secondary load 
, the transformer has sec 1 ,800vac , sec 2: 400vac sec3: 400vac ,sec4:175 and two filament taps both 6.3vac , this tx will be a pain in the as... to get the mains transformer is made by Haberman, any body know that company.
