You can use the Snapshot tool in Adobe reader. Or, hit CTRL-PrintScrn and paste into Irfanview or whatever.

Pardon me for not searching but has anyone designed a general purpose +/-18V +48 supply that is wall-wart based?

I haven't come across any - but it surely would make a good project. Power it from a standard and easily-gettable 12VAC supply. Double for +/-18 and a bit of regulation. Quadoup'le for 48, and add a simple Zd/Transistor reg (like in G9)..

I may have started typing too quick & should have looked longer, but what's the difference between the AC-coupled bridge & a 'double' (one pos and one neg) doubler ? Looks the same topology.

IIRIC either or both the JLM & Fabio PSU-circuits have an alike (but not both pos & neg) topology for phantom.
