1176 VU Meter Inserts

Does anyone have a pdf or image of the right paper insert for the 1176 VU meter? I have a standard meter on an 1176 clone and I think it would be cool to have the studio name printed beneath the scale where Simpson usually goes on the old model 47s.

If someone has an original to scan at high res and can take measurements with calipers, send it over to me and I’ll remake it in Illustrator for a clean vector version. Also interested.
