lexicon reflex issues.

Hi, I have this Reflex on the bench, It generally appears to work normally apart from that it has a pulsating digital buzz/noise superimposed on the wet output. Another symptom is that the input overload led is lit permanently but slightly flickering but in synch with the noise pulsing. I can't seem to find on the diagrams where the o/l led signal is derived from.

I have read that these units suffer from the DRAMs going bad but that when this happens it a regular tick rather than the more constant noise I have. Does ny one have any experienc eof fixing these to point my nose in the right direction please ?
