The mic there using there was very commonly used by the BBC , from top of the pops to bigger live events from the late 60's right through the 70's , Im not sure what it is though . Maybe its a Calrec
I did see an AKG C12 on the brass too , although I think the BBC modified these to their own spec .

I think they are AKG C28A’s with the extra pop shield grille on.

I'm not sure if this as at the BBC, but they definitely had loads of C28's. I have a pair from the BBC.
