I measured the noise of a pair of DIY EQs (EQN 1084) and one of them had a higher noise measurement. It is log-linear decreasing with frequency. What would cause this? The EQ was set to a flat frequency setting.

A falling amplitude with increasing frequency can suggest falling open loop gain. With dominant pole stability compensation that open loop gain often drops at a one pole (-6dB/oct) response.
