Looking for a C12A connector

Looking for the cable connector at the microphone end. Can be original, or anything that may work.

Yep. The C12 connectors have always been simple to source, but the C12A connectors seem to be extinct.

I've seen the C12A connector 'modification' (to 6-pin XLR-M) that Saturn Sound used to do, but they are no longer repairing anything. Bummer...
