It's in the Audio Cyclopedia (2nd Ed?) with description, if you have one.    Do you have an original unit?

i don't have an original but just interested in seeing the schematic

do you know the tubes and transformers selection for these units ?

would be great if someone could share a copy or a pdf version of the book

I scanned all of the compressor info from my copy of the Audio Cyclopedia (First Ed., First Printing).  The RCA MI-12244 is represented with full schematic.  In the optical film section is an uncredited schematic that I believe is the MI-10234.  It has tube numbers but no other values.  File too large for GDIY so it is available here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/aas2pfdroscpa16/RCA%20Comps.pdf?dl=0

I believe it's credited and parts identified in 2nd ed.  I'm on road eith no current access.  They use custom Hollytran transformers like most Photophone amps of that era.

any idea on the iron specs ?

i have seen another circuit very similar with 6K7s and used UTC A-12 on the input, could this work ?

Sure.  The interstage would be the only critical spec, I think i recall one there.
