I've looked, searched, begged, mailed, called, threatened people, you name it, to get 'em. no luck! I've tried vintagecity, Ollie, schmitronic, astroman.. all of them.

WHO have them? The W395 is a common eq so I guess someone might have a schematic. It's closely related to the W295, but not quite.

The U374a is Commando Amp (talkback), a pre/diode limiter/filter thing that's pretty obscure. It's got a couple of components I can't figure out. Never seen 'em before. I got three dead ones, I'd like to fix. Closely related to the U274, but more complex.

Help pluezze

Hey welcome back shalima!

Yea, it would be interesting to see what's inside the W395. Is it a passive EQ?

If it's anything like the W295, it's inputbuffer -> active baxendale -> passive LCR midrange -> output amp. Nothing complicated 'cept those inductor values are missing. This is an extremly annoying trend on old gear... grr

Yes It's not proper passive, but gyrator type topology based on inductor, I guest .I've
a pair of it, But a lost the schame somewere...surely my wife trash it thinking was junk, she never admit it.
Mik

Looks different from the W295. There's some elaborate filtering going on in the PSU. Quadruple emitter followers

Great, just great!

Are you well-placed on an effervescent and never ending source of schems? :?:

That scares me!
I don't think never ending, but there's much more to come... The advantige of working for the oldest german radiostation. If I would start to scan the old Braunbuch it will take years!

are you looking for something special ?

I'm looking for any discrete TAB/Telefunken/Siemens stuff.. they have become a bit of a passion for me. If you check Kubi's site, you can see what we have so far...

Thank you so much for these schematics, I've had a helluva hard time finding them!
Do you have the W394 & W393 high and lowpass filters?
I have the W395 here at home if you want it, for The W393 & W394 I have to look at work - will be monday.

I have V676 / V676a / V676b allready scanned (great Mic-Pres by the way, I have 4 "A"s and 8 "B"s - they sound great!   )
... and I took them all out of the garbage ... :green: :green: :green:
