Lorlin gain switch question

I can't believe I made it this far without asking. How do I wire up a lorlin gain switch? I've hunted for pictures but nothing clearly shows what I need.

Is it a 12 pole 1 way? Like Green? If so you will connect the resistor leg on the 12 way swithc to one side of the green 2 pole in and the other will be the one pole? Does that make sense? I'm not sure what the sue it so it is hard to say, but that is how I have them wired up.

Well, one is 2-position and the other is going to be either 10 or 12 position. Both styles are going to be used to set the gain for Quad Eight line amps.

If you're unsure what switch positions closes what contacts, then simply use your ohm-meter..

I'm getting nowhere. I've been checking with my meter and can't get the damn thing to read what it's supposed to. The 2 position should have a 15K position and 3K position. I'm getting 17 and 14. Can someone draw a simple diagram to show me and other newbs how it's done?
