roughly 18 months ago I ordered a LTC 1799 presoldered on a handy pcb with 2 terminals for pots. I am using this for a clock mod for the Nintendo Gameboy.
Unfortunately this exact module seems to be completely unavailable today, while the LTC 1799 itself is still somewhat available.

Is there a similiar pcb available for sale? What would be the alternatives to build something similiar if there are no pcbs like this available anymore?
