Thanks for your patience and sorry for the extended downtime!
This is jist of what happened...

-changed domain registrars
-migrated servers from Georgia to Arizona
-upgraded from PHP 5.4 to 7.3
-ditched macOS and moved to CentOS
-added nginx as a reverse proxy for apache
-upgraded from 16GB to 32GB of RAM
-upgraded from 1 SSD + HDD backup to 2xSSD in RAID 1 + remote backup

Most of the downtime was due to configuration things here and there that I overlooked or farked up.
I still have to fix some issues with the email server when I get a chance.
