I'm trrying to find MCI458's datasheet without luck. It is on fiend's Gelf mixers input modules, right after TL074 op amp and surrounded with resistors and inductors.
What could this ic be?

Swap I for 1 and get the National Semi version http://cache.national.com/ds/LM/LM1458.pdf
Other Manufacturers use MCxxxx, CAxxxx,... General purpouse dual op amp.
 
IIRC 1458 is dual 741. Very early, very modest performance opamp. These were often used in GP (non audio path) applications, because they were cheap. Now surely replaced by newer series jelly bean parts (4558, etc.).
