Mesa Boogie Power Transformer 2:90 -convert from 100vac,117vac to 234,vac

Hello,
I recieve a power transformer came from Mesa Boogie 2:90.
For rewinding ,i check the windin primary they have bifilar wires all the way to 117vac,

561205 -EI 1-1/4" X 3-3/4" 5.5kgs,
Turns per volts 1.0
estimated only i don't have a caliper to use ,
AWG magnet wires ,Primary wires-#21 or #22
H.V Secondary wires -#24 or #25
Filament bifilar winding #16 or #17 6 turns
Bias -#27 or #28 45 turns.
