MFB-522 IC burnt

Hi there

I have here from a customer (I am audio repair tech) the MFB-522 analog drum machine.
There is an burnt IC (due to the wrong PSU connected) on it.

I can still read
....06BT
....922
.....UnG1045G

Maybe it could help...

I asked some schematics to the manufacturer but Mr Frieke died last year (RIP)

Could it be a HEF4006 (shift register) or HEF40106 (hex schmitt trigger inverter)?
